WPForge is operated by engineers, not a content farm. This page explains who writes, how articles are produced, and what you can expect from us when something changes.
Who writes
Every article is written by the WPForge engineering team — the WordPress & WooCommerce division of DEVDIY. We build, rescue, migrate and audit client sites for a living; the guides here come from that work, not from repackaged vendor documentation.
How articles are produced
- Test first, write second. We install, configure and stress the subject in our own environments before a single paragraph is drafted. See how we test.
- Fact-check pass. Version numbers, prices and benchmark scores are verified against current vendor data before publishing.
- Opinions are labeled. Where we recommend against something, we explain the trade-off, not just the verdict.
Updates & corrections
Guides carry a visible “Updated” date, and significant articles include a revision history. When a major WordPress or WooCommerce release invalidates a section, we re-test within 30 days. Found a mistake? Email info@devdiy.com — corrections are fixed and noted, never silently rewritten.
What we refuse
- No affiliate links. We earn nothing from the tools we recommend.
- No sponsored posts, paid rankings or “as seen on” fabrications.
- No AI-generated filler. We use AI tools for research and grammar support; every article is planned, tested, written and fact-checked by human engineers.
- No republishing vendor marketing as “reviews”.
